While having a vast amount of experience performing technical duties, I have always been out in front of actively managing projects and coordinating teams and resources, setting timelines and objectives, performing requirements gathering sessions, leading demos, and conducting training seminars.

I have extensive experience with Microsoft tools, including Office and Project, with advanced skills in Excel utilizing VBA scripting. I also have vast experience with Google G Suite, Wrike, Backpack, Basecamp, Quickbase, and Salesforce.

Thomson Reuters Corporation

  • On-site requirements gathering with IT leadership team and corporate stakeholders, identifying challenges the company faced and necessity for product, and how best to overcome obstacles, both technical and legal.
  • Actively managed project on a day to day basis, hosting daily scrum and status meetings, creating/updating progress and delivery reports, and keeping internal and client leadership and stakeholder teams up to date on progress and challenges.
  • Worked with the client’s senior IT leadership team for coming up with a roll-out plan and how best to communicate and implement system throughout life-cycle of the project.
  • Conducted training sessions for a variety of aspects of the software with IT leadership team, steady state engineer, and L1 and L2 support teams.
  • Held User Acceptance walkthroughs to identify challenges new users may face using the service.
  • Authored Macro and Micro Design documents outlining requirements and planned points of action, Implementation Guide detailing the installation and stand-up processes, and final RunBooks with configured variables for disaster recovery for all environments.

  • Served as primary point of contact from other towers and technical teams with all respects of the IAM tower and technologies.
  • Outlined deficiencies in products, outlining to support teams root cause analysis and planned patch updates.
  • Conducted training sessions with other team members on routine issues with products/services/user account types and technical competencies.
  • Developed comprehensive plans for IAM related updates with respect to server upgrades, CyberArk agent upgrades, and dynamic group change processes.
  • Requested, approved, and tweaked Change Management processes via ServiceNow workflows.

Fuel Interactive / Fuel Travel / The Brandon Agency

  • Worked closely with Account/Client Managers to scope projects, establish timelines and milestones, and allocate personnel resources.
  • Represented the development team for client pitches, kickoff, and status update meetings.
  • Planned resource workloads with Traffic Manager with respect to balancing large scale work and routine ticket-style requests.
  • Served as oversight of daily activities of programming and design team, performing quality checks and providing feedback, as well as assistance with advanced methods.
  • Conducted scrum sessions multiple times a week with entire programming and design team, to ensure everyone was aware of changes in technologies, upcoming projects, and discuss any successes or troubles.
  • Co-wrote and continually improved checklists and processes for Quality Assurance of projects between development and publishing phases.
